Food Based

This section is dedicated to research-based studies and documentation processes I began while completing my undergraduate thesis at the University of Waterloo. In collaboration with Pearle Hospitality's Earth to Table Farm, I began my work with local chefs and farmers by following the farms entire growing season from seed to plate. My work in this area has since expanded to include collaborations with The Stratford Chef School, The Cambridge Mill, Monforte Dairy, The Screaming Avocado, and more. As this work continues, I continue to expand on the narrative surrounding Farm to Table culture to both highlight and examine what that means for various businesses, and how chefs and consumers alike occupy this space.
